My name is Frances and I'm here to make your life a little easier. Let me give you a little background about myself. I've been a full-time special needs educator located in Central Florida for over seven years and over eight years as a school district employee. It's been a rewarding aspect of my life! Our students meant everything to us and I will always be grateful for being able to help them.  I love to help whenever and wherever possible. When I see others happy, it makes my day!

 

January 2024 I started a new journey as clerk of the board specialist. My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies (cum laude) and a master's degree in criminal justice (summa cum laude). The legal field has always played a big part of my life. These were the proudest moments for me!

 

Which brings me to yet another field where I can be of assistance to others. Another journey now includes being a Florida commissioned mobile notary and loan signing agent. I've also been ordained by the Universal Life Church Ministries to officiate weddings in the state of FL. I look forward to adding to my services to better serve the community. What I enjoy most embarking on this journey is that I still get to help others and that's really important to me.
